While our package services are offered at a fixed price, the final invoice may be adjusted based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, the number of revisions, the complexity of the task, and any additional requests that extend beyond the initially agreed scope.
Conditions and Additional Charges
- Revisions:
Each package comes with a predefined number of revisions. Should you require more than this number, additional revisions will be charged between $150 and $300 per hour, depending on the complexity, the number of specialists involved, and the urgency of the request. - Complexity of Task:
Should a task evolve in complexity beyond what was initially agreed, additional charges may apply. These charges will be discussed and must be agreed upon before continuing with the additional work. - Additional Requests:
Requests for features or services not included in the original package will incur separate charges. Pricing will be determined based on the nature of these requests. - Client Unresponsiveness:
If the client remains unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks during the project timeline, we reserve the right to pause the project. Any resumption of the project might lead to additional charges. - Right to Refuse Service:
Danart Agency reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any point without explanation. This includes situations where the client's demands become excessive or unreasonable. - Urgent Requests:
Projects designated as urgent will incur a 20% surcharge on the total cost of the project.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available once the primary design concept has been approved.
- No refunds will be issued if revision requests have been made and addressed.
- Refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe; claims made beyond this period will not be considered.
- Once final files are delivered at your request, no refunds can be claimed.
- Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are excluded from refunds. A full “Refund Policy” document is available upon request.
