- Non-Refundable Services:
Once the primary design concept has been approved, or any subsequent revisions have been executed, services are considered non-refundable. This includes all stages of the design and development process where client feedback has been incorporated and approved. - Cancellation Policy:
If a project is cancelled by the client before the initial concepts have been approved, a partial refund may be considered. This refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus any associated costs already incurred. - Revision Policy:
Our services include a specified number of revisions as detailed in the initial project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number are chargeable. Once revisions are made, any subsequent request to revert changes or alter the direction of the project will not qualify for a refund. - Project Abandonment:
If a client fails to communicate or provide necessary feedback for a continuous period of over 2 weeks without prior notice, the project may be considered abandoned. In such cases, Danart Agency reserves the right to halt further work and issue an invoice for the work completed to date, which shall be payable by the client. No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects. - Non-refundable Products and Services:
Certain services such as Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are fully non-refundable once initiated or purchased due to the nature of these services. - Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within a specified timeframe as agreed in the initial project contract.
Final Deliverables:
No refund claims can be made once the final project files have been delivered following the client’s approval. Acceptance of the final deliverables confirms the closure of the project as per the terms agreed upon.
